Jennifer Putman, assistant principal at O.C. Taylor Elementary School, has been named the Region 11 Assistant Principal of the Year by the Texas Elementary Principals and Supervisors Association (TEPSA). Mrs. Putman, along with 19 other assistant principals from around the state, will next be considered for State and National Assistant Principal of the Year awards.
Mrs. Putman is currently serving in her 16th year in education, ninth year in GCISD and her fourth as assistant principal at O.C. Taylor.
