GCISD is excited to announce that the second annual Senior Send-Off Parade will be held on Thursday, May 20, at 6:00 p.m. The parade, honoring the Class of 2021, will travel north on Highway 26, beginning near the intersection of Hall-Johnson Road and concluding at Mustang Panther Stadium (view map).
Seniors
Seniors from all GCISD high schools are encouraged to join the parade procession. Feel free to decorate your cars and show off your school spirit. All seniors participating should meet and stage in the Town Center Colleyville parking lots (view map of lots available for staging). From there, Colleyville Police will lead the parade procession. Please keep in mind the following rules during the parade:
- Do not throw candy from any vehicles
- No trucks with trailers are allowed; this is a car parade only
- No one can walk in the parade
Spectators
Spectators will only be allowed on the east side of Highway 26 and north of Hall-Johnson Road. No one should congregate on the west side of Highway 26 or in the median.
