EPA's Energy Star Certifications Awarded
Congratulations to the following 16 campuses for earning the 2018 Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star certification for the second year in a row. Buildings that earn EPA's Energy Star use 35 percent fewer greenhouse gas emissions than similar buildings across the nation.

Recognition from Energy Star is a reflection of GCISD’s success in implementation of the energy program and good stewardship of natural resources.
