The GCISD Facility Use License Agreement requires a licensee to obtain, at its expense, commercial general liability insurance with a company licensed by the State of Texas. A certificate of insurance with the following information shall be provided to the District:
    a. The District shown as Certificate Holder and as an Additional Insured.
    b. Property damage in the amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence.
    c. Bodily injury liability (to include participants in the activity) in the amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence.
    d. A deductible not greater than $500.
